Calavera is a roll-and-write game in which each player wants to make as many crosses on their block as possible because many crosses bring many points. But beware! If the players are too greedy, their valuable points melt away again. Whoever chooses the best die result and makes the crosses in the right place wins. This is how it is played: Everybody collects as many crosses in each color as possible on their block page. But if players enter the so-called "death zone", their points are less, possibly even giving them negative points instead of positive ones. Fill the botanical gardens with fragrant flowers, lush foliage, and soothing waters as you erect your gazebos among the tranquil features and atop prized patios. In Gazebo, players take turns placing dominos on the shared garden map to establish nooks — that is, two or more contiguous terrain spaces of the same type: flower, foliage, or water. When a player creates a nook, they place one of their gazebos on top of it, and by connecting their nook to a patio, they can claim the patio and place a gazebo on it. But not all is peaceful in this game of garden landscaping. Larger nooks can absorb smaller nooks, and patios can be stolen by cunning rivals. The first player to place all of their gazebos on the board wins! Dungeon Command: Tyranny of Goblins is a card-driven skirmish game played on modular interlocking map tiles that uses order cards, creature cards and miniatures. The object of the game is to have the highest remaining Morale when an opposing warband's Morale has been reduced to 0 or below, or if a player ends his or her turn with no creatures on the battlefield. As a player, you take on the role of a commander, sending a warband to battle the forces arrayed against you. You recruit troops and deploy them on the battlefield. You issue orders to those creatures, outfit them with spells and equipment, and direct their tactics to break the morale of your enemies and drive them from the field. Dungeon Command: Tyranny of Goblins includes twelve miniatures, such as a horned devil, a troll, a bugbear, hobgoblins, and goblins. While each Dungeon Command faction is meant to be played by a single player, quick-start rules allow two players to engage in a shortened version of the game using only one box. Dungeon Command is designed for two players, although up to four can play with a few adjustments explained under the advanced rules.
