The Last Hundred Yards Vol. 2: Airborne Over Europe is the second game in Mike Denson’s Last Hundred Yards series. It includes two major campaigns featuring numerous missions covering small unit actions conducted by US airborne forces in the Normandy and Market Garden operations. In the Operation Overlord campaign, follow the elements of the American 82nd and 101st Divisions beyond the Normandy beachheads. After being scattered over a large area in Normandy on the night of June 6th, they struggle to assemble and secure their objectives to support the advance of the American units landing at Utah Beach. Later missions feature them defending against the inevitable German reaction and counterattack. Follow Lt. Dick Winters as he leads his platoon in taking out the artillery battery at Brecourt Manor near Ste. Marie-du-Mont and then faces a counterattack from elements of Col. Von Der Heydte’s 6th Fallschirmjäger Regiment. In the Operation Market Garden campaign, follow the 82nd Airborne Division after landing south of Nijmegen in the early afternoon hours of September 17th as they race to secure critical bridges over the Waal and Maas rivers, as well as those over the canal between them. Follow Lt. Foley and his men as they defend Devil’s Hill against German counterattacks on the Eiesenborne Ridge Groesbeek Heights, a mere 2-3 miles from the German Border. While the 82nd lands around Nijmegen, the 101st Airborne Division lands north of Eindhoven and begins its own race to secure its assigned bridges over the river Dommel in Eindhoven, the Wilhelmina canal in Son and Best, and the bridges over the Zuid-Willemsvaart and river AA in Veghel. Experience the counterattack by the German Kampfgruppes Hüber and Walther as they cut the main highway near Veghel. It took two critical days of hard fighting for units of 101stAirborne and British XXX Corp to reopen the corridor. This game will introduce airdrop and night rules, as well as new terrain to the series. Successfully landing airborne troops at night, assembling them from a dispersed condition, and advancing against unknown enemy resistance to secure your objectives will prove a thrilling challenge in this new game. Note: This game is a stand alone game. It does NOT require ownership of The Last Hundred Yards to be played. Whozit?, first released as Profiler, is a game of co-operative deduction! For example, who would care more about their looks after a parachute jump? Dracula or Lady Gaga? Discuss and decide! Every round, one member of the team chooses a target character (e.g., Dracula) from six drawn at random. They then draw two phrases from the phrase deck and rank them from -5 to 5. The rest of the team then judges who among the six characters doesn't match up with how the two phrases have been ranked. If the team guesses correctly, the score marker is advanced one spot and the round continues. If they guess wrongly, all cards are discarded and the next round starts. The game ends after five rounds. Can you achieve a perfect score?

The Legend of the Cherry Tree that Blossoms Every Ten Years

Do you know the legend of the cherry tree that blossomed every ten years? The story goes that once every decade, the cherry tree would shroud itself in beautiful flowers during the first days of spring. Thousands of buds grew on its branches and stretched elegantly toward the sky before becoming magnificent flowers of inestimable quality. When the flowers on the cherry tree begin to fall softly to the ground, you rush to collect them before they wither: The one who can gather the most flowers will have their wish granted by the cherry tree. But if you are too greedy, the cherry tree will find you unworthy of its gift, and you will lose the chance to make your dream come true... The flowers on the cherry tree have begun their delicate fall and are ready to be collected. Each turn, draw one or more flowers from the bag and try to gather as many as possible without being too greedy. At the end of your turn, put your flowers either in front of your screen to gain victory points based on your sets of flowers, or behind your screen to gain victory points by having the largest groups of flowers. The player who has the most victory points at the end of The Legend of the Cherry Tree that Blossoms Every Ten Years wins.

8bit MockUp (8ビットモックアップ) (later republished as Legendary Forests) is a multiplayer solitaire game akin to Take it Easy! or Karuba. Each player has an identical set of tiles and plays the same tile at the same time to their own tableau, but where each player places each tile may differ. In more detail, each player creates their own world by connecting the landscapes on their tiles. Each player starts the game with the same starting tile in play. One player, the "Leader", shuffles their tiles face down, then removes five tiles from play without looking at them. On a turn, the Leader reveals the next tile, calls out the number on it, then everyone places that same tile somewhere in their landscape, with the adjacent edges of each pair of tiles needing to match. When the Leader draws a tile with a red number, everyone places their piece, then starting with the player who holds the God piece (initially the Leader), everyone draws a monument tile from the center of the playing area and places it on an area in their landscape. Monuments come in three colors (while the landscapes have areas in four colors), and you use only two monuments of a color for each player in the game. After placing monuments, pass the God piece clockwise to the next player. The game ends after everyone has placed their twenty tiles, then players score points based on the areas where they have monuments. Each non-purple edge of a tile has a half-circle on it; when two such edges are placed together, the owner of those tiles has created a "cookie" in that area. To score, you look at each area where you have a monument. If you have no half-circles in this area — that is, the area is completely enclosed — then you score 2 points for each cookie in that area. If you have any unconnected half-circles in this area, you instead score 1 point per cookie. Whoever has the most points wins! The first edition of 8bit MockUp included tiles for 2-4 players, while the second edition included tiles for 2-5 players. You can have any number of players compete in the same game as long as you have enough sets.
